I was born In Lima, Peru. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin America. I'm an avid reader and history enthusiast whose research interests include new media and communications tools, and methods designed to improve IT-oriented teaching.
I hold a Master Degree in Theories of Education of de Piura University (Peru) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education in San Ignacio de Loyola University (Lima–Peru). I also took courses in Trinity Washington University and Catholic University (Washington DC), and have been teaching Spanish in Washington DC and Virginia for the last 10 years.
I am passionate about science, history and Spanish language and Latino America culture. I have a strong background in elementary education arts, math, reading and conflict resolution and creative lesson planning with arts and music integration.
